基于需方视角下基层首诊实施效果评价指标体系的构建研究
Research on the Construction of Evaluation Index System for the First-time Pediatric Implementation Based on the Demand Side

Abstract
In order to objectively and realistically evaluate the implementation effects of the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment policy from the perspective of patients, this study established an index system for evaluating the implementation effect of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment policies from the perspective of patients based on literature review and expert consultation, combined with analytic hierarchy process. Finally, 1 first-level indicator, 4 second-level of indicators: health recovery, access to medical care, financial burden of medical care, medical satisfaction, and 17 third-level indicators were determined, providing a reference for later policy evaluation.关键词
