Abstract
Objective To investigate the causes and countermeasures of trace metal powder insoluble substances in traditional Chinese medicine granules. Methods Solubility tests were carried out on 20 finished products of Chinese medicine granules produced by different batches and producers. Results In the 20 batches of Chinese medicine granules sold in the market, 13 batches (65.0％) met the requirements, while 7 batches (35.0％) did not meet the requirements; 1 batch of the unqualified samples was all coke breeze, 3 were all sediments, and 3 were sediments and coke breeze. Conclusion Trace metal powder insoluble substances are often detected in the examination of dissolubility of traditional Chinese medicine granules, which can seriously affect the quality of traditional Chinese medicine granules. The government and quality management departments should strengthen the supervision, and promote the upgrading of equipment, research and development of new excipients and preparation technology, so as to effectively improve the quality level of traditional Chinese medicine granules.关键词
