苦参洗液联合甲硝唑对细菌性阴道病患者阴道微环境及阴道局部细胞免疫功能的影响

Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of Kushen lotion (苦参洗液) combined with metronidazole on vaginal microenvironment and vaginal cellular immune function in patients with bacterial vaginosis (BV). Methods A total of 158 cases of BV received in the gynecology and obstetrics clinic of Gaoming District People's Hospital of Foshan City from February 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to different treatment methods, with 79 cases in each group. Among them, metronidazole was used as the control group, and metronidazole and Kushen lotion (苦参洗液) were combined as the observation group. The vaginal microenvironment, local cellular immune function, and recurrence were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in vaginal pH, microbial density and microbial diversity between the two groups (P＞0.05). After treatment, the improvement of the vaginal pH, microbial concentration and bacteria group diversity in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in the levels of interleukin-4 (IL-4), interleukin-12 (IL-12) and interferon-γ (IFN-γ) between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05). After, the level of immune-related indicators in the observation group was lower than that in the observation group were lower than the control group (P＜0.05), and the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Kushen lotion (苦参洗液) combined with metronidazole is effective in improving vaginal microcirculation and immune function, reducing the number of recurrences, promoting the recovery of health and ensuring women's physical and mental health.关键词
