多巴丝肼片联合普拉克索治疗帕金森病的有效性及安全性分析

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effects and treatment safety of Madopar and pramipexole in the treatment of patients with Parkinson's disease. Methods Seventy-six patients with Parkinson's disease admitted to the Fifth Neurological Departments of Shenyang First People's Hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment schemes, with 38 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with dobasilar hydrazine tablets alone, while the patients in the observation group were treated with dobasilar hydrazine tablets combined with pramipexole. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.74％, which was significantly higher than78.95％ of the control group (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in the scores of Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA) and Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale (UPDRS) between the two groups before treatment (P＞ 0.05); after treatment, the MoCA scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the four UPDRS scores were significantly lower than those of the control group (P＜0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 18.42％ in the control group and 15.79％ in the observation group, with no significant difference (P＞ 0.05). Conclusion Dopazide tablets combined with pramipexole can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with Parkinson's disease, with high safety, which is superior to drug alone.关键词
