Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy and safety that levodopa preparations combined with rasagilan mesylate tablets in the treatment of primary Parkinson's patients with motor symptoms fluctuating. Methods From September 2017 to September2018, 70 patients with primary Parkinson's disease with fluctuating motor symptoms in Dashiqiao Donghuan Hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups. Thirty five patients in the control group were treated with levodopa preparations such as sildenafil and madopa. Thirty five patients in the observation group were treated with reszakiran mesylate tablets based on the control group.The improvement of patients' living ability and motor ability was assessed by UPDRS Ⅱ-Ⅲ. The adverse reactions after treatment were assessed by TESS. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in UPDRS Ⅱ score and UPDRS Ⅲ score between the 2 groups (P＞0.05). After different treatment schemes, UPDRS Ⅱ score and UPDRS Ⅲ score of the 2 groups were significantly lower than those before treatment. The UPDRS Ⅱ-Ⅲ score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group. There were significant differences in the data between the 2 groups (P＜0.05). After 12 weeks of treatment, there was no significant difference in TESS score (P＞0.05). Conclusion Reshakilan mesylate tablets as adjuvant therapy on the basis of levodopa preparations can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of primary Parkinson's patients with motor symptoms fluctuation with high safety.关键词
