摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the problems encountered in the determination of barbaloin in Chinese medicines and then we put forward some suggestions.Methods:The problems encountered in the determination of barbaloin by HPLC-MS/MS were studied and analyzed.Results:Barbaloin was a mixture of barbaloin A and barbaloin B, butbarbaloin A was only detected in the existing assays.So some drugs were unqualified.Conclusion:It is suggested that the determination method of barbaloin in medicines should be further studied to improve the detection ability and quality standard.关键词
