Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of tirofiban combined with ozagrel in treatment of progressive ischemic stroke (PIS) and its influence on platelet function.Methods:114 PIS patients who treated in the hospital from January to December 2017 were selected as the research object, and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table, with 57 cases in each group.The observation group was given tirofiban combined with ozagrel, while the control group was treated with ozagrel.The clinical efficacy, nerve function, changes of platelet function in two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of observation group (92.98％) was higher than that of control group, and there was statistical significant of difference (P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no statistical significant of difference in the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), P-selectin, platelet aggregation rate between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the NIHSS score, P-selectin, platelet aggregation rate in observation group[ (6.22±1.17) points, (10.19±2.31) μg·L-1, (27.98±3.26) ％]were lower than those in control group, and there was statistical significant of difference (P<0.05). Conclusion:Tirofiban combined with ozagrel in treatment of PIS is safe and effective, it can promote recovery of nerve function and improve platelet function.关键词
