社交反应量表的信效度分析

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the applicability of social responsiveness scale (SRS) in screening autism spectrum disorders (ASD) over 4 years old.Method:A total of 42 children with ASD diagnosed in the Department of Child Health of Jiangxi Children's Hospital from September 2017 to May 2018 were selected as ASD group, and 50 normal children who had physical examination in the same period were selected as normal group.The reliability, validity, sensitivity, specificity and the best cut-off point score of SRS scale were tested.Result:The Cronbach'sαcoefficient of whole SRS was 0.946, and the dimensions of SRS were 0.563-0.902.The split-half reliability of whole SRS was 0.958, and the dimensions of SRS were 0.710-0.882.The correlation coefficients between the score of dimension and the total score of SRS scale were 0.773-0.944, and the dimensions were 0.558-0.810.The scores of all dimensions and total scores of the ASD group were significantly higher than those of the normal group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01).According to the US screening threshold, 75 points or more were positive for screening.The sensitivity and negative predictive value of SRS were85.70%and 89.10%respectively, which were significantly higher than those of ABC;the false negative rate was14.30%, which was significantly lower than that of ABC, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01).The area under the ROC curve (AUC) was 0.984.The maximum judgment score of Yuden index was 71 score, which is the best threshold for the study.Conclusion:The social response scale has good reliability, validity, sensitivity, specificity and is suitable for screening ASD children over 4 years old.关键词
