腹腔镜辅助下直肠外翻拖出式手术治疗直肠癌的效果观察
Observation on the Effect of Laparoscopic-assisted Rectal Eversion-out Surgery in Treatment of Rectal Cancer

Abstract
Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of laparoscopic-assisted rectal eversion-out surgery for rectal cancer.Method:A total of 40 patients with rectal cancer admitted to our hospital from May 2015to May 2017 were selected.According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, 20 cases in each group.The control group were treated with laparoscopic-assisted anterior rectal resection and radical resection of rectal cancer, and observation group were treated with laparoscopic-assisted rectal eversion-out surgery.The operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, daily defecation times within2 weeks and 6 months after operation, recovery time of intestinal function, hospitalization time, incidence of complications and recurrence rate between two groups were compared.Result:The operation time and intraoperative bleeding volume in two groups were compared, the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05).The daily defecation times within 2 weeks and 6 months after operation, recovery time of intestinal function and hospitalization time in observation group were shorter than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of complications in observation group was 5.0％, which was lower than 30.0％in control group (P<0.05).The recurrence rate of one year follow-up in two groups was compared, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic-assisted rectal eversion-out surgery for rectal cancer has significant clinical effects, can optimize various postoperative indexes, improve postoperative recovery, have fewer complications, has a low recurrence rate in the short term, and has a good prognosis, so it is worth further promotion and application.关键词
