Abstract
Objective:To explore the correlation of platelet parameters, coagulation function indicators and preeclampsia in late pregnancy.Method:A total of 130 patients with preeclampsia treated in our hospital from June 2015 to January 2017 were selected and divided into mild group of 59 cases and severe group of 71 cases according to the severity of preeclampsia. In addition, 60 women with late pregnancy who had not comorbidities during the same period were selected as the control group. The coagulation parameters such as D-dimer (DD), fibrinogen (FIB), prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thrombin time (APTT), and platelet distribution width (PDW) were measured and observed in the three groups.Platelet parameters such as mean platelet volume (MPV), platelet count (PLT), platelet pressure (PCT) of three groups were observed.Result:The difference of PDW, MPV, PLT, PCT levels between the control group and the mild group compared with the severe group was statistically significant (P<0.05).The differences of PDW, MPV and PLT levels between the control group and the mild group were statistically significant (P<0.05).The levels of D-D, FIB, PT and APTT in the mild group and the severe group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The D-D, FIB and APTT levels in the degree group compared with the severe group, the differences between the groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with normal late pregnancy, patients with severe preeclampsia in late pregnancy have significant hypercoagulability and platelet activation. Therefore, detection of coagulation and platelet function during pregnancy may have certain diagnostic value for the prevention of eclampsia and thrombosis.关键词
