鼓室注射甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗突发性耳聋的可行性

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the feasibility of tympanosin injection of methylprednisolone sodium succinate in the treatment of sudden deafness.Method:Sixty patients with unilateral sudden deafness diagnosed in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were enrolled.All patients were divided into treatment group (n=33) and control group (n=27) according to random number table.The treatment group was given Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate Injection in the ear chamber.The control group received intravenous injection of Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate.The effective rate of treatment, the mean value of hearing threshold before and after treatment, and the improvement of symptoms, blood lipid levels and adverse reactions during treatment of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The average hearing increase of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The improvement rate of the main symptoms in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The total cholesterol, triglyceride and lipoprotein A in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).There were no significant adverse reactions during the treatment of the two groups of patients (P>0.05).Conclusion:Intratympanic injection of Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of patients with sudden deafness.At the same time, it has little effect on the changes of blood lipid levels and safety.关键词
