天灸治疗精神分裂症患者血脂异常的临床观察
Clinical Observation on Dyslipidemia of Schizophrenia with Medicinal Vesiculation

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of moxibustion in the treatment on dyslipidemia in patients with schizophrenia.Method:One hundred patients eligible for inclusion and meeting certain criterion were selected and randomly divided into two groups, experimental group and control group, 50 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with medicinal vesiculation, while the control group was treated with Simvastatin, both groups were treated of 60 d.Four items of blood lipid (TC, TG, VDL-C, HDL-C), liver function (ALT, AST), renal function (Cr, Urea), creatine phosphate kinase (CK), myalgia, skin allergy and scores of TCM were measured before and after the experiment.Result:After experiment, the levels of TC, TG and LDL-C in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01) ;the decrease in the control group was more significant (P<0.05).After experiment, the level of HDL-C in experimental group was significantly higher than that before the experiment (P<0.05), the level of HDL-C in the control group was not significantly increased, there was no significant difference (P>0.05) ;after experiment, the levels of HDL-C in the two groups had significant difference (P<0.05).The total effective rate was 87.23％in the experimental group and 58.69％in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01).There were only general adverse reactions of local skin allergy in the experimental group, while there were adverse reactions of hepatotoxicity and muscular toxicity in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Medicinal vesiculation has a positive effect on improving blood lipid and alleviating clinical symptoms in schizophrenia patients with dyslipidemia.It is safe and worthy of further clinical application.关键词
