Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Danxi Tongfeng Decoction and Shengjiang Powder combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis.Method:A total of 172 patients with acute gouty arthritis admitted in our hospital from May 2016 to April 2017 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into observation group and control group, 86 cases in each group.The control group was given symptomatic treatment of conventional western medicine, the observation group was treated with Danxi Tongfeng Decoction and Shengjiang Powder combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine on this basis.The clinical efficacy and control rate, changes of laboratory indicators before and after treatment and occurrence of drug adverse reactions between the two groups were observed and compared.Result:Theclinical control rate of the observation group was 80.2％, which was significantly higher than 62.8％ of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (χ2=12.052, P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of blood uric acid (BUA), C-reactive protein (CRP), erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).No serious drug adverse reactions occurred in two groups.The incidence of mild adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.1％, which was significantly lower than 30.2％ in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (χ2=10.045, P<0.05).Conclusion:Danxi Tongfeng Decoction and Shengjiang Powder combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis has definite clinical effect, can effectively improve clinical symptoms and joint function, can stabilize blood uric acid and other laboratory indicators in the early stage and the safety of medication is high.关键词
