Abstract
Objective:To explore the rehabilitation effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention on diabetic cataract patients.Method:A total of 112 patients (154 eyes) with diabetic cataract from March 2017 to February 2018 in our hospital were selected.According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, 56 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing, while observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The psychological status (SAS, SDS scores), intraocular infection, visual acuity and rehabilitation effect between two groups were compared.Result:Before operation 1 day and after operation 7 days, the SAS and SDS scores of observation group were lower than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The rate of intraocular infection was 8.93％in control group, and no intraocular infection occurred in observation group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After operation, the visual acuity of observation group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05).The total effective rate was 96.43％in observation group, which was higher than 82.14％in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention for diabetic cataract patients can alleviate the adverse psychological state of patients for surgery, improve visual acuity and rehabilitation effect, and reduce the incidence of intraocular infection after surgery, which is worthy of promotion.关键词
