球囊扩张术治疗环咽肌失弛缓的临床疗效研究
Clinical Efficacy of Catheter Balloon Dilatation Therapy on Cricopharyngeal Achalasia

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of catheter balloon dilatation therapy on cricopharyngeal achaiasia in patients with stroke.Method:30 cases of dysphagia caused by stroke were diagnosed as cricopharyngeal achalasia through video fluoro scopic swallowing study (VFSS).Expansion of the cyclopharyngeal muscles by water injection using the 14F catheter.At the same time, vitalstim low frequency electrical stimulation was used and combined with routine dysphagia rehabilitation training once daily.The treatment end point was either the patients resuming an oral diet.All cases were evaluated by swallowing function, VFSS and functional take oral ingestion scale (FOIS) before and after treatment.Result:After catheter balloon dilatations therapy, 25 patients regained the ability to takesolid food and liquid food, 30 of them could take semi-liquid food.There was significant difference between before and after treatment (P<0.05).In VFSS examination, cricopharyngeal open time, the degree of dysphagia, swallowing time and FOIS score were significantly improved (P<0.05).Conclusion:Urethral catheter balloon dilatation can effectively improve the dysphagia of patients caused by cricopharyngeal achalasia after stroke, improve the swallowing function.关键词
