Effect of Invasive Ventilator Assisted Ventilation Combined with Morphine in the Treatment of Severe Acute Left Heart Failure

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of invasive invasive ventilator assisted ventilation combined with Morphine in patients with severe acute left heart failure.Method:A total of 92 patients with severe acute left heart failure treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and study group, 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with invasive ventilator alone, the study group was treatedwith invasive ventilator assisted ventilation combined with Morphine.The levels of vital signs, acute physiology and chronic health (APACHEⅡ) score, plasma brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) before and after treatment, clinical efficacy and 28 d survival between the two groups were observed and compared.Result:After treatment, the levels of pH, PaO2 and SaO2 in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the levels of HR, BNP and APACHEⅡ score were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The clinical total effective rate in the study group was 95.65％ and 28 d survival rate was 93.48％, which were significantly higher than 76.09％ and 78.26％ in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (x2=7.256, 4.390, P=0.001, 0.001).Conclusion:Invasive ventilator assisted ventilation combined with Morphine regimen in the treatment of patients with severe acute left heart failure can relieve clinical symptoms of patients in a short period of time, stabilize the patient's vital signs, achieve the desired rescue effect and play an important role in ensuring the safety of patients and improve the quality of life.关键词
