悬吊运动训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢功能障碍的康复效果
Rehabilitation Effect of Sling Exercise Therapy in the Lower Limb Dysfunction for Stroke-induced Hemiplegia

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of sling exercise therapy (SET) on walking lower limb motor ability and balance recovery of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Method:60 stroke-induced hemiplegia inpatients in our hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 were selected, patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy on the muscle force, walking ability and balance capacity;on the basis of the control group, the observation group was treated with SET.The rehabilitation effect of patients in the two groups were compared, the Berg balance scale (BBS), Lindmark balance response, fugl-meyer (FMA) were used to score the balance ability of patients before and after treatment, and the lower limb motor ability was evaluated, the gait index of patients was observed [step length, maximum walking speed of 10 m].Result:The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.7%, which was higher than 80.0% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment, FMA, BBS, Lindmark score and 10 m MWS, step size values of the two groups were higher than those at admission, and the observation group were higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:The SET can remarkably improve the lower limb motor function, balance capacity and walking ability.关键词
