摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Alendronate Sodium combined with Atorvastatin on bone mineral density and bone metabolism in diabetic patients with osteoporosis.Method:40 patients with diabetes mellitus and osteoporosis admitted from March 2016 to March 2018 were selected, and they were divided into control group and study group, according to the random number table method, 20 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Alendronate Sodium, and the study group was treated with Alendronate Sodium combined with Atorvastatin. The adverse reactions of femoral trochanter, lumbar spine alignment, femoral neck, forearm bone density, serum glutenin, blood phosphorus, blood calcium content, osteogenic alkaline phosphatase, molecules at the N end of osteocalcin, osteoprotetin content, abdominal distention, nausea, abdominal pain and so on were compared between the two groups.Result:The BMD of femoral trochanter, lumbar spine, femoral neck and forearm in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Serum glutenin content in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the content of blood phosphorus and calcium between the study group and the control group (P>0.05).The contents of osteogenic alkaline phosphatase, osteocalcin N terminal molecules and osteoprotetin in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of abdominal distension, nausea and pain in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:During the treatment of diabetes mellitus with osteoporosis, the combination of Alendronate Sodium and Atorvastatin has a better curative effect, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.关键词
