经尿道电切术与2μm激光切除术治疗浅表性膀胱癌的效果研究
Study on the Effect of Transurethral Electrotomy and 2 μm Microns Laser Excision on Superficial Bladder Cancer

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of surgical treatment for patients with superficial bladder cancer with transurethral electrotomy and 2 μm laser resection.Method:88 patients with superficial bladder cancer who were treated in our hospital from November 2013 to November 2016 were selected and divided into groups according to different treatment methods, 40 cases in the reference group were treated with transurethral resection, and 48 cases in the research group were treated with 2 μm laser resection, the efficacy of the two groups was compared.Result:Before operation, there were no significant differences in TNF-α, IL-10 and IL-6 between the two groups (P＞0.05).After operation, the TNF-α and IL-6 values in the study group were significantly lower than those of the reference group, IL-10 was significantly larger than that in reference group, there were significant differences after comparison between the two groups (P＜0.05).The clinical surgical indexes of the study group patients were better than those in reference group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The satisfaction of the study group was 95.83％, which was higher than 80.00％ of the reference group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of superficial bladder cancer patients treated with transurethral electrotomy and 2 μm laser excision, the indexes of 2 μm laser excision are better and worth applying.关键词
