高灌注疗法在重型颅脑损伤术后脑梗死中的应用
Application of Hyperperfusion Therapy in Cerebral Infarction after Severe Craniocerebral Injury Surgery

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application effect of hyperperfusion therapy in cerebral infarction after severe craniocerebral injury surgery.Method:A total of 60 patients with cerebral infarction aftersevere craniocerebral injury surgery admitted io our hospital from February 2010 to August 2018 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment, the observation group was given hyperperfusion therapy on this basis.After treatment, the changes of infarct focus were reexamined by CT, the clinical efficacy and the degree of neurological deficit between the two groups were compared. Result:The total effective rate of the control group was 23.33％, which was significantly lower than 70.00％ of the observation group, the difference was statistically significant (x2=13.125, P=0.003) ;the clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (Z=-3.983, P=0.000).After treatment, the NIHSS score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (Z=3.476, P=0.001). Conclusion:Hyperperfusion therapy for patients with cerebral infarction after severe craniocerebral injury surgery can effectively improve the diagnosis and treatment effect and reduce the degree of neurological deficit, which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
