瘢痕体质者外科手术治疗后切口32P敷贴治疗的临床价值初探
Preliminary Study on the Clinical Value of 32P Application on Incision after Surgical Treatment for Patients with Scar Physique

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical value of 32P application on incision after surgical treatment for patients with scar physique.Method:A total of 58 patients with scar physique after surgical treatment admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to October 2017 were selected.According to different treatment methods, they were divided into control group (n=25) and experimental group (n=33).The control group received routine treatment after operation, and the experimental group received 32P application for the recovery of visual incision after thread removal.The incision recovery rate, quality of life score, emotional state change (SAS, SDS score) and satisfaction with incision recovery between the two groups were compared.Result:At 2, 4, 6 and 12 months after operation, the incision recovery rate of experimental group were higher than those of control group (P＜0.05).After treatment, the quality of life score of experimental group was higher than that of control group, the scores of SAS and SDS were lower than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The satisfaction scores of experimental group on the aesthetic recovery, flatness and color uniformity of the incision were higher than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion:32P application is used in the recovery of incision after surgical treatment for patients with scar physique, can effectively prevent scars and improve their emotional state and quality of life.关键词
