摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effects of continuous hemofiltration on cardiac and renal function and the mechanism analysis in patients with type Ⅰ cardio-renal syndrome (CRS).Method:A total of 50 patients with type Ⅰ CRS admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to July 2018 were selected.According to the order of treatment, they were divided into study group (n=26) and reference group (n=24).The reference group was given a treatment for correcting heart failure and protecting kidney function, and study group was given continuous hemofiltration treatment on the basis of reference group. The clinical indicators (APACHE Ⅱ score, Boston heart failure score, heart rate, urine volume), cardiac and renal function indicators (troponin, NT-proBNP, BUN, CysC), inflammatory factors (hs-CRP, IL-6, TNF-α) before treatment and after treatment for 3days between two groups were compared.Result:After 3 days of treatment, the APACHE Ⅱ score, Boston heart failure score, heart rate in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, the urine volume were significantly higher than those before treatment, and each index of study group were better than those of reference group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The levels troponin, NT-proBNP, BUN, CysC, hs-CRP, IL-6 and TNF-αin two groups were lower than those of before treatment, and each index of study group were lower than those of reference group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Continuous hemofiltration can effectively improve the cardiac and renal functions of patients with type Ⅰ CRS, and its mechanism may be related to the reduction of serum inflammatory factors and inflammatory damage.关键词
