Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on the treatment of multiple rib fractures with hematopneumothorax and its effect on the coagulation function of patients.Method:80 patients with multiple rib fractures associated with hemopneumothorax were selected from June 2016 to January 2018, they were divided into observation group and control group by random digital table method, 40 cases in each group.The control group received basic treatment, the observation group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on the basis of control group.The effect of treatment and the changes of coagulation function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:Before treatment, there were no statistically significant differences in the levels of lung function related indicators (FEV1, VC, MVV, FVC) between the two groups (P＞0.05) ;after treatment, the improvement effect of pulmonary function related indicators in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05).The pain disappear time, swelling disappear time, hospitalization time and fracture recovery time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P＜0.05).After treatment, the levels of PT, APTT, TT in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P＜0.05), but the levels of PT, APTT, TT in both groups were not statistically significant (P＞0.05).After treatment, the level of FIB in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the level of FIB in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional treatment, combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction for the treatment of multiple rib fractures and hemopneumothorax has an ideal effect, which can significantly improve the pulmonary function of patients and accelerate the rehabilitation process of patients, and has a good effect on improving the coagulation function of patients, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
