三痹汤联合内热针及针刀改善神经根型颈椎病患者根性疼痛及功能康复的临床研究
Clinical Study on Sanbi Decoction Combined with Internal Heat Needle and Needle Knife for Improving Root Pain and Functional Rehabilitation in Patients with Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Sanbi Decoction combined with internal heat needle and needle knife for improving root pain and functional rehabilitation in patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy (CSR).Method:A total of 60 patients with CSR admitted to our hospital from January to October 2018 were selected.According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group (n=30) and observation group (n=30).The control group was treated with medication+cervical traction and physiotherapy, while observation group was treated with Sanbi Decoction combined with internal heat needle and "T" needle knife overall lysis on the basis of control group.The Mc Gill Pain Questionnaire (MPQ) score (PRI, VAS, PPI) and Cervical Dysfunction Index (NDI) score before and after treatment, and therapeutic effect between two groups were compared.Result:After treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was 93.33%, which was higher than 70.00% of control group (P<0.05).After treatment, the PRI score, VAS score, PPI score, MPQ total score and NDI score of two groups were lower than those of before treatment, and the observation group were lower than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:SanbiDecoction combined with internal heat needle and needle knife can improve the therapeutic effect of CSR, quickly relieve pain and effectively improve cervical function, which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
