Abstract
Objective:To explore the nursing effect of comprehensive nursing intervention combined with psychological nursing in patients with appendicitis excision and its influence on psychological fluctuation.Method:A total of 72 patients who undergone appendectomy treated in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods, they were divided into control group and study group, 36 cases in each group.The control group was given comprehensive nursing intervention, the study group was given psychological nursing on the basis of comprehensive nursing intervention.The nursing effect, psychological fluctuations before and after intervention, quality of life score and nursing satisfaction between the two group were observed and compared.Result:After intervention, the first exhaust, getting out of bed activity and hospitalization time in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).After intervention, SDS and SAS scores in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).After intervention, the scores of quality of life in the two groups were significantly higher than those before intervention, the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total satisfaction degree of nursing in the study group was 91.7％, which was significantly higher than 72.2％ in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (x2=7.258, P=0.032).Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing intervention combined with psychological nursing is more effective in the nursing of patients undergoing appendicitis excision in our hospital, which should be further popularized and applied in clinic.关键词
