Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the intervention effect and application value of optimization of emergency nursing in patients with acute left heart failure.Method:A total of 94 patients with acute left heart failure received in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected as the study objects.They were numbered by the odd and even, 47 patients with odd number were selected as the observation group and 47 patients with even number were selected as the reference group.The observation group was given the optimization of emergency nursing intervention, the reference group was given routine nursing intervention.The time of first aid and total time, anxietyand depression scores, walking distance within 6 minutes and indicators of vital signs after nursing between the two groups were observed and compared.Result:The time of triage evaluation, electrocardiogram, venous channel establishment, blood collection and first aid total time in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the reference group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).After nursing, the levels of systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, heart rate and LVEF in the observation group were significantly better than those in the reference group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the reference group, the walking distance within 6 minutes was significantly higher than that of the reference group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 97.87％, which was significantly higher than 80.85％ in the reference group, the difference was statistically significant (x2=15.234, P=0.000).Conclusion:The optimization of emergency nursing intervention in patients with acute left heart failure can greatly shorten first aid time, improve the survival rate of patients and effectively improve the patient's blood pressure, heart rate and so on, reduce the patient's negative emotion, promote the recovery and prognosis of the patient and improve the patient's nursing satisfaction degree, its clinical application value is higher.关键词
