Abstract
Objective:To study and analyze the role of comprehensive nursing intervention in improving postoperative pain degree and reducing postoperative complications in middle-aged and elderly patients with proximal humeral fractures.Method:A total of 100 middle-aged and elderly patients with proximal humerus fracture diagnosed in orthopaedic department of our hospital who undergone minimally invasive surgery from November 2016 to February 2018 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into experimental group and control group, 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention, the experimental group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The degree of pain, shoulder joint function before and after intervention, nursing satisfaction and postoperative complications between the two groups were observed and compared.Result:After intervention 1, 2 and 3 days, the VAS scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).After intervention 3 and 6 months, the Constant-Murley scores of shoulder joint in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was 20.0％, which was significantly lower than 6.0％ in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (x2=5.400, P=0.020).The total nursing satisfaction degree of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (x2=4.882, P=0.027).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention for middle-aged and elderly patients with proximal humeral fractures can significantly improve the shoulder joint function, reduce postoperative pain degree and postoperative complications, improve patients' satisfaction with nursing, which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
