Abstract
Objective:To observe the application effect of nursing safety early warning value in nursing safety management of junior nurses and its influence on nursing adverse events.Method:A total of 70 junior nurses in emergency department of our hospital from 2015 to 2017 were selected.According to the random number table method, they were divided into study group and control group, 35 cases in each group.The control group adopted routine nursing safety management, while study group applied nursing safety early warning value on the basis of control group.The nurses' assessment results, occurrence of adverse nursing events, satisfaction of clinicians and patients between two groups were compared.Result:The scores of choice questions, short answers, practical operation, and total scores in study group were higher than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The incidence of identification errors, operation errors, pipeline slippage and duct blockage in study group were less than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The satisfaction of clinicians and patients were 100％ and 97.1％ respectively, which were higher than 88.6％ and 82.9％ of control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion:In the process of nursing safety management of junior nurses, the application of nursing safety early warning value can significantly improve the nursing quality of junior nurses in emergency department, enhance their ability to assess patients and reduce the incidence of adverse events, so it should be further promoted and applied in clinic.关键词
