Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar fusion in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Method:A total of 120 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted in our hospital from August 2015 to April 2018 were selected as the research objects.According to different surgical methods, they were divided into observation group (n=62) and control group (n=58).The control group was treated with posterior lumbar interbody fusion (PLIF), the observation group was treated with minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (MIS-TLIF).The operation related indexes, pain score, lumbar and leg dysfunction before and after treatment 6 months and recovery of lumbar nerve function between the two groups were observed and compared.Result:The intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative drainage volume and operation time of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in VAS and ODI scores between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05) ;after treatment, the VAS and ODI scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment 6 months, the excellent and good rate of the observation group was 71.0%, which was significantly higher than 48.3% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (x2=9.208, P=0.027). Conclusion:The application of minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar fusion in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation can effectively reduce intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative drainage volume and operation time, improve the pain of the back and lower limbs and improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
