Abstract
Objective:To investigate the progress of venous return curve interpretation of Lyophilized Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide and its effect on hemodynamic parameters in patients with heart failure.Method:70 patients with heart failure who were treated in cardiovascular department of our hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 were selected, according to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and study group, 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment, on the basis of routine treatment, the study group used Lyophilized Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide.The therapeutic effects of the two groups, and the changes of inflammatory factors such as IL-6, CRP and TNF-α before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Changes of hemodynamic parameters such as SV, CO, CI and EF before and after lyophilized recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide were recorded between two venous reflux curves.Result:After treatment, the total effective rate in the study group was 97.1%, which was significantly higher than 77.1% in the control group (P<0.05).The inflammatory factors in the study group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment, the SV, CO, CI, EF, Pms, PRA, RV of both groups were higher than those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05) ;the SV, CO, CI, EF of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the Pms, PRA, RV were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Lyophilized Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide on hemodynamic parameters of patients with heart failure is clearly understood, the effect of Lyophilized Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide on hemodynamic parameters of patients is greater, and it has a good therapeutic effect, which can reduce the preload of the heart and improve the remodeling of myocardium.关键词
