虚拟情景模拟训练对脑卒中患者肩痛康复创新方法研究
Study on Innovative Methods of Shoulder Pain Rehabilitation of Virtual Scene Simulation Training in Patients with Stroke

Abstract
Objective:To observe the influence of virtual scene simulation training by auxiliary movement in the shoulder pain rehabilitation of patients with stroke.Method:A total of 48 patients with shoulder pain of unilateral hemiplegic limbs and primary stroke were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into control group and experimental group according to the method of random number table, 24 cases in each group.Two groups were treated with routine comprehensive rehabilitation therapy which included functional training, physical agency therapy and occupational therapy.The experimental group were treated with virtual scene simulation training by auxiliary movement on the basic of treatment.Then the shoulder pain degree, motion range of shoulder joint and upper limb motor function of two groups before the treatment and at the third week after the treatment were evaluated with visual analogue pain score, universal protractor and Wolf score.Result:The shoulder pain degree, motion range of shoulder joint and upper limb motor function of two groups before treatment were compared, the differences of two groups were not statistically significant (P>0.05).3 weeks after treatment the shoulder pain degree, motion range of shoulder joint and upper limb motor function of the experimental group were all better than those of the control group, the differences of two groups were all statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:The influence of virtual scene simulation training for shoulder pain rehabilitation of patients with stroke are better, and it is worthy of extension and application in these patients.关键词
