Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on anxiety, depression and pregnancy outcome of overweight and obese patients.Method:A total of 192 cases of overweight and obese pregnant women admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected.According to the computer, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 96 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention, while observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The anxiety (HAMA score) and depression (HAMD score), pregnancy, mode of delivery, pregnancy outcome and neonatal status between two groups were compared.Result:After intervention 6 months, the HAMA and HAMD scores, body weight and blood sugar levels, the incidence of moderate to severe ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome and diabetes of observation group were lower than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The natural delivery rate in observation group was higher than that of control group, the incidence of premature delivery, polyhydramnios and premature rupture of membranes of observation group were lower than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The incidence of macrosomia, neonatal distress, hyperbilirubinemia and low birth weight infants of observation group were lower than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention for overweight and obese pregnant women can effectively improve pregnant women's anxiety and depression, reduce the incidence of adverse conditions during pregnancy, and help improve pregnancy outcomes and neonatal conditions.关键词
