Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of pulse indicator continuous cardiac output monitoring (PICCO) in the treatment of Severe Medical Department shock patients.Method:A total of 86 shock patients who treated in Severe Medical Department of our hospital were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table. The control group was treated with conventional treatment, experiential use of fluid management therapy, the experimental group was treated with PICCO adjust the type and velocity of liquid droplet, dehydration treatment can be carried out if necessary, and given active liquid volume management, the effects of two groups were compared.Result:After treatment, the improvement of HR, SpO2, BP, urine volume and lactic acid in the experimental group were better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).And after treatment, the blood gas analysis of the experimental group was significant better than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Shock patients in Severe Medical Department under the guidance of PICCO carried out treatment, it has an obvious treatment effect.关键词
