Expression of SIPA1 and HPV16/18E6 in Cervical Carcinoma and Their Relationship with Clinicopathology

Abstract
Objective:To discuss the expression of signal induced proliferation associated protein 1 (SIPA1) and human papillomavirus type 16 and 18 E6 protein (HPV16/18E6) in cervical carcinoma and their relationship with clinicopathology.Method:A total of 120 patients with cervical carcinoma were selected as cervical carcinoma group, and 80 patients with uterine leiomyoma were selected as normal cervical group, the expression of SIPA1 and HPV16/18E6 protein were detected by ELPS.The positive expression of SIPA1 and HPV16/18E6 protein between two groups was compared, the relationship between SIPA1 protein and HPV16/18E6 protein expression in cervical cancer tissues and the relationship between SIPA1 and HPV16/18E6 protein expression and clinicopathological characteristics were analyzed.Result:The positive rate of SIPA1 in normal cervical group was higher than that of cervical carcinoma group, and the positive rate of HPV16/18E6 was lower than that of cervical carcinoma group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Spearman rank sum test showed that SIPA1 protein was negatively correlated with HPV16/18E6 protein in cervical carcinoma (P＜0.05).Univariate analysis showed that the positive expression of SIPA1 and HPV16/18E6 protein in cervical carcinoma tissues was related to pelvic lymph node metastasis (P＜0.05), but not related to age, clinical stage and pathological grade (P＞0.05).Conclusion:Low expression of SIPA1 protein and high expression of HPV16/18E6 protein are histological characteristics of cervical carcinoma, and play an important role in pelvic lymph node metastasis of cervical carcinoma.关键词
