基于数据挖掘技术研究治疗血管性痴呆方剂的组方配伍规律
Analysis on Composition Rules of Prescription for the Treatment of Vascular Dementia Based on the Data Mining Technique

Abstract
Objective:Based on the software of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistance Platform (V2.5), to analyze the regularity of prescription medication for vascular dementia (VD) in periodicals and patent literature.Method:Screening of Chinese journal full-text database (CNKI), VIP journals resource integration service platform (VIP), Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform (Wanfang) and Patent Search and Analysis of SIPO in nearly five years prescriptions for treatment of VD.Through the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistance Platform (V2.5) to build prescription database, using the software integration and entropy clustering data mining association rules algorithm, summarizes the treatment of vascular dementia drug use frequency of the prescriptions, commonly used medicines, potential drugs, and found the new prescriptions.Result:Through statistical analysis of the frequencies of 155 prescriptions for VD, 19 commonly used drugs for VD were obtained, among which Polygala tenuifolia, Astragalus membranaceus, Salvia miltiorrhiza, Ligusticum Chuanxiong and Acorus tatarinowii had the highest frequencies.19 pairs of medicines were used more frequently, among which Chuanxiong and Acorus tatarinowii, Polygala tenuifolia and Acorus tatarinowii, Astragalus membranaceus and Acorus tatarinowii were the top three.Entropy hierarchical clustering analysis was used to find 26 potential drugs with high correlation coefficient and 13 potential new drugs.Conclusion:The prescriptions for VD were included in CNKI, VIP, Wanfang, Patent Search and Analysis of SIPO, most of them are drugs for activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis and dissipating phlegm for resuscitation, supplemented by drugs for benefiting qi for tranquillization and tonify the liver and kidney, the new discoveries have potential clinical applications and new drug development values.关键词
