摘要

Abstract

The negative costimulatory molecule B7-H4 has an important relationship with the PI3KAKT-mTOR signal transduction pathway.Meanwhile, PI3K-AKT-mTOR signaling pathway is an important signal pathway in mammalian tumor immunity.Researching the relationship between B7-H4 and PI3K-AKT-mTOR signaling pathway was important to discuss the signal transduction mechanisms in tumor genesis and evolution.Besides, it is important to find new drugs that targeted therapy for tumors.
