摘要

Abstract

Objective:To study the application of Mobius 3D intensity-modulated verification software in dosage verification of intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) plan.Methods:80 patients with tumor (34 cases with head and neck tumor, 33 cases with chest tumor, 13 cases with abdominal tumor) were selected.The corresponding IMRT plan was designed on the Varian Eclipse 11 plan system and PTW1500 Two-Dimensional Ionization Chamber Matrix was used to verify IMRT Plan before patients underwent treatment.And according to the requirements of intensity-modulated verification, the IMRT plan was send to Mobius 3D software workstation, and patients were treated at the accelerator.The Mobius 3D verification system was used to obtain the Dynalog file of therapy in accelerator, and to implement automatic calculation with convolution and (or) superposition so as to generate 3D dose of treatment for target region.And then it was compared with the 3D dose of therapy plan system (TPS) .Besides, Gamma pass rates which limiters were the dosage error (3%) and position error (3mm) (3%/3mm) was adopted to implement analysis.Results:Gamma pass rate (3%/3mm) of IMRT plan of 80 patients with head and neck, with thoracic cancer, abdominal tumor were 98.33±1.67%, 99.02±0.98%and 98.73±1.07%, respectively.And the IMRT plan of all patients could meet the clinical needs.Conclusion:Mobius 3D software meets the need of clinical dose verification of IMRT plan.
