磁共振弥散加权成像联合CT检测在急性胰腺炎中的诊断价值研究
Research on the diagnostic value of MR-DWI combined with CT examination for acute pancreatitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging (MR-DWI) combined with CT examination for acute pancreatitis.Methods:57 patients diagnosed as acute pancreatitis were divided into the study group, and 53 healthy subjects who received physical examination during the same period were divided to the control group. All subjects underwent routine CT examination combined with nuclear MR-DWI, and the pancreatic local enlargement rate, peripancreatic fluid rate, accuracy, sensitivity and specificity between the two examination methods were compared. Results:The differences of the pancreatic local enlargement rate and peripancreatic fluid rate of CT examination between the two groups were significant (x2=47.093, x2=13.955, P<0.05) .And the differences of the pancreatic local enlargement rate and peripancreatic fluid rate of the examination of combined examination between the two groups were significant (x2=50.110, x2=18.330, P<0.05) .And the diagnostic accuracy and diagnostic sensitivity of MR-DWI combined CT (accuracy:96.49%and sensitivity:97.73%) were significantly higher than those of single CT■Conclusion:MR-DWI can clearly show the focus and scope of acute pancreatitis. And the apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) value of MR-DWI combined with CT examination has higher clinical value in diagnosing acute pancreatitis. However, ADC value is easily influenced by many factors. Therefore, CT examination should be combined with MR-DWI so as to improve the diagnostic accuracy in practical work.关键词
