Abstract
Objective:To explore the therapeutic schedule for accelerating rehabilitation and prognosis of infant through studied the clinical curative effect and safety of injecting Curosurf by fine catheter combined with nasal continuous positive airway pressure (NCPAP) in treating respiratory distress syndrome (RDS) of premature infants.Methods:160premature infants with RDS were selected as the subjects.According to different therapeutic method, the infants were divided into the observation group (90 cases) and the control group (70 cases) .The control group was implemented NCPAP and routine treatment, while the observation group was implemented fine catheter injection with Curosurf based on the treatment of control group.The clinical curative effect, duration of mechanical ventilation, oxygen therapy time, ■of control group (x2=5.840, P<0.05) .And the disappearance time of dyspnea, duration of mechanical ventilation, oxygen therapy time and length of stay in hospital of observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group■grading of X-ray film of observation group was significantly better than that of control group after treatment (Z=14.613, ■NCPAP is effective in treating RDS of premature infants.It can better improve the blood gas indexes, lung oxygenation function and chest X-ray film, and reduce the incidence of complications.Therefore, it has value in clinical application.关键词
