Abstract
Objective To establish a specific chromatograms analysis method of Kechuanning Granules. Methods HPLC and multi-wavelength switching technique were adopted with Tech Mate C18-ST column (250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm), the mobile phase was acetonitrile (A) -0. 1% phosphoric acid (B) with gradient elution, the detection wavelengths were 207 nm (0-40 min) and 237 nm (40-55 min), the flow rate was 0. 9 m L/min, and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results Finally, 9 common peaks were identified, belonging to four traditional Chinese medicinal materials: Ephedra sinica, Armeniacae Amarum Semen, Stemona japonica and Glycyrrhiza uralensis. Relative retention time of common peak in 22 batches of samples were within ± 5% of the specified value.Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can control the active ingredients of Kechuanning Granules on the whole, so as to evaluate the quality of products more economically, efficiently, scientifically and rationally.关键词
