Effect of Dexmedetomidine Combined with Propofol on Inflammatory Response and Hemodynamics in Patients Undergoing Emergency Cerebral Trauma Surgery Under Anesthesia

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of dexmedetomidine combined with propofol on inflammatory response and hemodynamics in patients undergoing emergency cerebral trauma surgery under anesthesia. Methods Totally 70 patients undergoing emergency cerebral trauma surgery in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 were selected and divided into group A and group B according to the random number table method, 35 cases in each group. The group A was anesthetized with Propofol Emulsion Injection and group B was given dexmedetomidine combined with propofol for anesthesia. Results 24 h after operation, the levels of serum interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in group B were lower than those in group A, while the level of IL-10 in group B was higher than that in group A (P < 0. 05). The levels of systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP) and heart rate (HR) in group B were lower than those in group A at the moment of endotracheal intubation (T2), skin incision (T3) and after extubation (T4) (P < 0. 05). The time of spontaneous respiration restoration and recovery time in group B was shorter than that in group A (P < 0. 05).The incidence rates of irritating cough and restlessness in group B both were 2. 86%, which were lower than 22. 86% and 20. 00% in group A (P < 0. 05). Conclusion Dexmedetomidine combined with propofol can effectively alleviate the inflammatory response of patients undergoing emergency cerebral trauma surgery, and effectively maintain hemodynamic stability, shorten the time of spontaneous respiration restoration and recovery time. It is safe and worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
