右美托咪定对糖尿病患者非心脏手术围术期心血管事件的影响
Effect of Dexmedetomidine on Perioperative Cardiovascular Events in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus Undergoing Non-Cardiac Surgery

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of dexmedetomidine on preioperative cardiovascular events in patients with diabetes mellitus (DM) undergoing non-cardiac surgery. Methods Totally 82 patients with DM undergoing general anesthesia for non-cardiac surgery admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 41 cases in each group. The control group received intravenous infusion of 0. 9％ Sodium Chloride Injection before anesthesia induction, while the observation group received intravenous infusion of dexmedetomidine before anesthesia induction. Results The total incidence rate of hemodynamic disorders in the observation group was 21. 95％, which was significantly lower than 48. 78％ in the control group (P ＜ 0. 05). The total incidence rate of cardiovascular events and the number of vasoactive drugs used in the observation group were 19. 51％ and 7 times, which were significantly lower than 56. 10％ and 15 times in the control group (P ＜ 0. 05).1, 2 d after surgery, the mean standard deviation of RR interval (SDANN), standard deviation of all sinus RR interval (SDNN) and root-mean-square of difference-value of adjacent RR interval (RMSSD) observed every 5 min in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P ＜ 0. 05). After treatment, the total incidence rate of cardiovascular events in the observation group was14. 63％, which was significantly lower than 31. 71％ in the control group (P ＜ 0. 05). Conclusion Dexmedetomidine can alleviate the perioperative hemodynamic changes in patients with DM undergoing non-cardiac surgery and reduce the incidence of perioperative cardiovascular events, which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
