橄榄油联合多潘立酮治疗早产儿喂养不耐受临床研究
Clinical Study on Olive Oil Combined with Domperidone in the Treatment of Feeding Intolerance in Premature Infants

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical application value of olive oil combined with domperidone in the treatment of feeding intolerance in premature infants. Methods Totally 97 premature infants with feeding intolerance admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into the control group (48 cases) and the study group (49 cases) according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with domperidone, while the study group was treated with olive oil on the basis of the control group. All the children were treated until the end of total enteral feeding. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93. 88%, which was significantly higher than 72. 92% of the control group (χ2= 7. 734, P = 0. 005). The hospitalization time, hospitalization expenses, stopping time of vomiting, disappearing time of abdominal distension, disappearing time of feeding intolerance and arrival time of total enteral feeding in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0. 05), while the daily milk volume and body weight in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0. 05). During the treatment, the liver and kidney function of the two groups was normal, and there was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups (χ2= 0. 177, P = 0. 674). Conclusion Olive oil combined with domperidone in the treatment of premature infants with feeding intolerance has significant clinical effect, it can improve the clinical symptoms of infants, and has high safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
