Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Xuesaitong on myocardial injury indexes and the left ventricular function in patients with cerebral infarction complicated with cerebrocardiac syndrome. Methods Totally 60 patients with cerebral infarction complicated with cerebrocardiac syndrome admitted to our hospital from June 2014 to June 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group by the random number table method, 30 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment, on the basis, the treatment group was additionally treated with Xuesaitong Injection. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93. 33％, which was significantly higher than 73. 33％ of the control group (P ＜ 0. 05). After treatment, the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) scores, levels of creatine kinase-MB (CK-MB), troponin I (TnI), C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in the two groups were significantly decreased (P ＜ 0. 05), and those in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P ＜ 0. 05). After treatment, the arrhythmia rate and ST-T change rate in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P ＜ 0. 05). There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups. Conclusion Xuesaitong is effective in the treatment of cerebral infarction complicated with cerebrocardiac syndrome, it can obviously relieve the abnormal symptoms of electrocardiogram, the myocardial injury and inflammatory reactions, which is good for the recovery of neurological function.关键词
