Abstract
Objective To observe the curative effect of azolastine hydrochloride nasal spray combined with desloratadine in treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods Sixty-eight patients with allergic rhinitis who were admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were randomly selected as the research objects.With the consent of the patient's family members and the patient himself, they were divided into the control group (34 cases:azostatin hydrochloride nasal spray) and the experimental group (34 cases:azostatin hydrochloride nasal spray combined with desloratadine) according to whether they were given combined treatment. Results After 4 weeks of treatment, the scores of symptoms such as sneezing, running nose, nasal itching and nasal congestion in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05).The total effective rate after treatment for 12 weeks of the experimental group was 97％, higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 17.6％, which was not significantly different from that in the control group (P> 0.05).Conclusion Azolastine hydrochloride nasal spray combined with desloratadine in treatment of patients with allergic rhinitis can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients.The incidence of adverse reactions is low and the effect of long-term treatment is good.关键词
