Abstract
Objective To analyze the hypoglycemic effect and pregnancy outcome of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) treated with insulin pump. Methods 67 pregnant women who were diagnosed with GDM in our hospital from August 2015 to March 2017 were selected as research objects.According to random number table method, they were divided into the control group with 33 cases and the observation group with 34 cases.The control group was given routine treatment combined with subcutaneous injection of insulin while the control group was given routine treatment combined with insulin pump.Blood glucose index of pregnant women before and after the treatment were compared.The blood glucose control time and insulin dosage were compared between groups.All pregnant women were followed up until delivery to obtain the pregnancy outcome. Results The incidence of hypertension during pregnancy and fetal distress in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05).The incidence of premature delivery and cesarean section between two groups had no statistically significant different (P> 0.05).After treatment, the blood glucose index of two groups was significantly improved.The values of FPG, HbAlC and 2 hPPG in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05).The blood glucose control time and insulin dosage in the observation group were less than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion GDM patients were treated with insulin pump.The hypoglycemic effect is ideal, the time of glycemic control is short and the adverse pregnancy outcome is less关键词
