Abstract
Objective To observe and analyze the effect of low dose estrogen replacement therapy on perimenopause symptoms and hormone level and its specific application value. Methods 118 patients with perimenopause syndrome in our hospital were randomly selected and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with59 cases in each group.The control group was treated with progesterone and medroxyprogester one acetate.The observation group was treated with estrogen estradiol valerate tablets on the basis of the control group.The changes of the perimenopause symptoms and hormone levels before and after medication of two groups were observed and compared. Results After treatment, the Kupperman score of two groups was lower than that before treatment, and the Kupperman score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of estradiol (E2), luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) were improved in both groups compared with those before treatment.The improvement in the observation group was greater than that in the control group and the difference in data between groups is significant (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in data of uterine volume and intimal thickness before and after treatment between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion Application of low dose estrogen replacement therapy in perimenopause women can improve or eliminate the clinical symptoms, regulate hormone levels.It has few adverse reactions, which is of value in clinical application and promotion.关键词
