综合护理干预对CT引导下肺肿瘤穿刺的影响
Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on CT-guided pulmonary tumor puncture

Abstract
Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on CT-guided percutaneous puncture biopsy in patients with pulmonary tumor. Methods 372 patients underwent CT-guided percutaneous puncture biopsyin department of oncologyof our hospital were selected and they were randomly divided into the control group with 197 cases and the observation group with 175 cases. The control group was given routine nursing while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention at basis of routine nursing. The differences in success rate of punctureand complication rate between the two groups were compared. Results The success rate ofpuncture in the observation group was 96.57％ (169/175) and that of the control group was 90.36％ (178/197). There was statistically significant different (P < 0.05).The incidence of pneumothorax and hemoptysis in the observation group were respectively 4.57％ (8/175) and 2.86％ (5/175).The incidence of pneumothorax and hemoptysis in the control groupwere respectively 13.20％ (26/197) and 7.61％ (15/197). The differences between two groups were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention at the basis of routine nursing can improve the successful rate of CT-guided percutaneous puncture biopsy and effectively reduce postoperative complications.关键词
