Abstract
Objective To study and explore the effect of antenatal nursing intervention on the delivery outcome of the parturient women with scar uterus vagina delivery. Methods 132 parturient women with scar uterus vagina delivery who were admitted and treated in our hospital from November 2016 to February 2018 were selected.According to random number table method, they were divided into the study group and the comparison group, with 66 cases in each group.Parturient women in the comparison group were given routine nursing intervention while parturient women in the study group were given antenatal nursing intervention.Clinical indexes, delivery outcomes, nursing satisfaction and anxiety score before and after nursing of parturient women in two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The average hospital stay, postpartum blood loss, cesarean section rate, success rate of trial production and nursing satisfaction in the study group were all better than those in the comparison group.The differences were statistically significant (P< 0.05).After nursing, the SAS score in the study group was better than that in the control group and that before nursing.The differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The antenatal nursing intervention has a great effect on the delivery outcome of parturient women with scar uterus vagina delivery.It can effectively improve the delivery outcome and satisfaction degree of the parturient women, which is higher clinical application value.关键词
