Abstract
Objective To analyze the nursing effect of traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing in laparoscopic surgery in department of gynecology. Methods Eighty patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery in department of gynecology in our hospital from October 2017 to February 2018 were selected as research objects.According to the method of random grouping, they were divided into the control group and the study group.40 patients in the control group were given routine nursing measures while 40 patients in the study group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing on basis of it.The nursing effect was analyzed. Results (1) Before nursing, there was no difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups (P> 0.05).After nursing, SAS and SDS scores were both improved (P < 0.05).The improvement of the scores in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). (2) The patients' nursing satisfaction in the study group was100.0％, significantly better than that in the control group 80.0％, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing in laparoscopic surgery in department of gynecology can effectively relieve the bad psychological emotion of the patients, improve the nursing satisfaction of patients and ensure the prognosis of the patients.It has a broad application prospect in clinical practice.关键词
